Instrument Hire application form
Would you like your child to have the chance to learn a musical instrument but are not sure you want the expense of buying one?  MK Music Hub offers instrument hire with beginners in mind, it is flexible and excellent value.

Concession form (discount)
Concessions (discounts) are available to assist with instrument hire and ensemble membership fees provided by the Music Hub for those who qualify.  See the application form below for details on how to qualify for this additional help.  If you wish to apply for a concession (discount) against the cost of Music Centre, Instrument Hire or Rockschool, please submit a Concession (discount) Application along with the required evidence.

ABRSM Discount Application Form
For use by teachers who wish to apply for an ABRSM exam discount on behalf of a pupil.
